Express is seeking an experienced foreclosure candidate for a Client Service Representative position with a Law Firm in the Fayetteville NC area.
The right candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding service to mortgage company clients, responding appropriately to homeowners, and assisting Foreclosure Department and Attorneys.
Other duties will be to:
Monitor lender requests, calculating figures, and meeting all deadlines related to these requests
Ensure files are complete with all legal documents.
Work as liaison between the mortgage company and the homeowners
Address and properly handle any issues that may arise with a file when brought to the attention of the Firm
Required Education and Experience
1.High school diploma or equivalent.
2.2 + years of experience in an office environment
Preferred Education and Experience
1.2+ years of experience in mortgage or real estate services
