The individual will perform hourly data ingests onsite in support of a live, production technology. The role is rotating shifts every quarter (Days and Nights, including weekends). Once training and onboarding is completed, the individual will be onsite in a solo capacity. There may be an occasional requirement to provide Tier 1 support of incoming tickets, calls, email, and verbal requests for IT related services.
