As a Market Risk & Loss Prevention Advisor within PNC's Operations organization, you will be based in Greensboro,NC.Job Description

Supports all risk and fraud/loss related processes. Minimizes operational risk and adheres to organizational policies and procedures. Acts as subject matter advisor.

Coaches staff to recognize risk and fraud/loss activities. Provides tools to aid in prevention and detection. Conducts risk-related coaching for branch employees and audit/security coaching for branch management.

Works with stakeholders and serves as an escalation contact on matters relating to fraudulent/suspicious activities where appropriate.

Self identifies areas of operational weakness and effects change with regard to operational risk and adherence to internal policies and procedures.

Researches and analyzes operational trends and risks to detect and/or prevent possible fraudulent or loss activities and transactions. Addresses complex situations and prepares appropriate documentation.
