The position is a Sales position offered to generate sales of general automotive services for an established Automotive Service Center.
The ideal candidate must work great under pressure, driven individual that has strong customer service skills, good character, possesses a positive attitude, motivated, and handle customer needs and complaints. Candidate must have the ability to communicate effectively with customers, associates, and vendors, sales experience preferred, general knowledge of automobiles, and ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail and resolve conflicts that may arise.
Duties will include: overseeing day to day operations of service facility, selling automotive services, creating long-term loyalty customers, discuss pricing, benefits, warranties, and services to clients, multitask, completing assigned jobs, responsible for sales and profitability of department, maintain clean and neat working area.
Basic knowledge of business is preferred as well.
