Carolina Coach & Marine, a full service RV and Boat dealership is in the need of a full time Business Development Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to break into a career in sales or inventory management. Keys to success include being enthusiastic and committed to building a career.

This position requires:

Receiving, interpreting and making follow up contact to inbound internet retail sales leads (we supply the leads, you initiate the contact)

You will set appointments for customers to visit the dealership for hands on demonstrations and tours of RV’s and Boats (Sales will handle the on site visit and product demonstrations)

You will diligently track and log all of your leads and calls

You will work with Sales Management and the Dealer for assignment of secured opportunities to qualified Sales Consultants.

Candidates must have the following:

Ability to learn about our product and services

Ability to analyze and interpret media trends and prospect demographics in our industry

Above average communication skills, phone, verbal, email and electronic

Takes pride and enjoys working with the public

Brings enthusiasm and appreciation for outdoor recreational activities

Retail or prior inside sales experience required, telemarketing a plus. RV or boat ownership helpful.

Must have valid driver’s license. High school diploma or equivalent required.

We offer a base salary paid weekly, plus commission paid after month end. This is a career growth opportunity. Comprehensive benefit package.
