Job Description:
Position Summary We are searching for a Salesforce Developer thatwill be a contributing member of the Global HR Technology Team. Responsibilities include: • Be a key contributor to development initiatives that require Salesforce technical expertise.• SF Workflow, Case Management, Integration/Data Migration experience needed.• AGILE experience required• Collaborate with the team to coordinate delivery of software application.• Communicate with technical partners and come up with solutions.• Designs, develops, enhances, debugs, supports, maintain and tests software applications that support business units.• Provide innovative solutions to problems and drive the design/development of components.• Effectively conveys message in both written and verbal development discussions. Required Skills • Bachelors Degree or equivalent working experience. • Proficient in translating business requirements into technical specifications. • Create and maintain documentation on application configuration and processes as database applications are developed.• Able to meet deadlines and handle pressure while coordinating multiple tasks in a work/project environment.• Versatile team player with interpersonal skills.• Keeping abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and as such be able to provide recommendations for process improvements.• Knowledge of Force.com development best practices. • Ability to design, develop and implement:o Custom Objectso Custom Tabs, Fields, Page Layouts.
