Must have experience preparing closing statements utilizing SoftPro. Must be organized and have the ability to multi task and problem solve. We are a paperless firm so must be familiar and comfortable with cloud based storage. Must be able to set up real estate files, send out information sheets, order loan payoffs, order HOA closing statements, and prepare property tax certifications.
Healthcare benefits paid at 50%, 14 days paid vacation & personal time, 3% Company match for its SIMPLE IRA retirement plan, up to $1000 on continuing education, optional notary classes and certification are available.
Knowledge of SoftPro is essential as is the use of Outlook. Word and Excel knowledge would be beneficial. Greater knowledge and speed will determine the Salary Rate. Hours are 8:30 - 4:00 Monday through Friday. Office location 4600 Park Rd, Ste 109, Charlotte, NC 28209. Pay $20 - $32/hour
