We are looking for some good agents who know they could make even more money if they were just given some leads. We are Don Anthony Realty, and we are A+ Rated by the Better Business Bureau with loads of great reviews online. Don consistently sells over 200 homes per year. With this volume, we have a lot of listings throughout the Charlotte Region. Those listings generate buyer leads that we pass on to our agents. We'd like to bring on some additional agents to convert those leads into sales! We pay a very competitive split with no monthly fees at all, and E&O is covered by the firm.

In addition to getting leads and getting paid a good split, we're looking for some of the agents to help us out with some additional listing work where the agent would go on listing appointments and get paid after the appointment instead of waiting until the property sells. The agent gets paid regardless of whether or not the appointment turns into a listing. This is additional, non-commission work that helps with your cash flow during slow times and puts you in front of even more future buyers, while getting paid for the appointment.

We're looking for licensed real estate agents in NC who don't need a weekly sales meeting and prefer to work independently from home instead of working in an office. The broker must be a member of the MLS (or willing to join it) and have great follow-up skills. The agent should have good availability to meet with clients at various times of the day and week, be able to convert paper listing documents to .pdf documents with multiple pages and attach to email, and able to take good pictures of a home and attach those pictures to email. The agent should also be comfortable enough with computers to be able to create a customized search of the MLS for a buyer client and run comps for a seller client. They should have good follow-up systems to keep a buyer moving along towards a purchase and be in good enough physical condition to go up and down stairs to view all areas of a home.
