Real estate law firm in need of a legal assistant/secretary. Responsibilities will include interacting directly with clients, answering phones and assisting attorneys with all aspects of real estate closings.
Position pay based upon experience. Responsibilities to increase based upon skill and experience. Please forward resume for consideration.
Initial Responsibilities:
File set up, organization and management
Communicate with clients, make appointments
Prepare office tasks
Assist with other administrative tasks, such as filing and copying
Inputting information into file database and case management software
Keeps clients informed by maintaining contact; communicating closing progress.
Qualifications:
1-3 years law office experience preferred, not required. We will train the right individual.
Bilingual Spanish preferred, but not required
Organized and detail oriented
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Must work well independently
Must be able to maintain composure and produce consistent level of work product in a fast paced practice
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
