We have decided to add another Sous Chef and Lead Line Cook to our team at Halcyon. We are an upscale southern inspired restaurant in uptown Charlotte. Work enviroment is awesome, hours are super reasonable (50 a week on average), paid vacation, and pay is great for the right applicants.
All applicants should have a minimum of 2 years kitchen management experience in a high volume, upscale restaurant. Must provide professional references.
