Strong line and prep skills. In charge of station and prep for station. Must be able to assemble and prep/ multitasking required. Able to follow recipes/ protocols/ health codes. Works well under pressure. Look and prep ahead for busy days. Keeping station properly clean and in top working order. Team player. Mornings into early afternoon. Weekends required.
