Zukku Sushi is located at the Optimist Hall in Charlotte, NC. We take pride in training and strengthening our team members to improve themselves, whilst upholding company standards. We are currently looking for FT and PT cashiers and line cooks.
Responsibilities:
Ability to determine if food items are cooked to proper specifications
Preparation of food items and ensures great food presentation
Ensure proper food storage and monitor quality of ingredients
Assist with meal preparation as needed
Ability to stock and retrieve all necessary food items and supplies
Ability to set-up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
Keep a sanitized and orderly environment
Qualifications:
Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required. We are willing to train.
Basic food preparation knowledge and line work experience preferred but not required.
Basic sushi knowledge preferred
Excellent communication and adaptation skills
Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Compensation TBD based on experience
