Sr HR Functional Consultant

JOB SUMMARY The Sr HR Functional Consultant is responsible for providing expertise in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud modules, including but not limited to Core HR, Compensation, HR Helpdesk, and Talent Management. This position collaborates closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, configure Oracle HCM to meet those needs, and provide ongoing support and optimization. As a subject matter expert, you will also contribute to project planning, solution design, and implementation, ensuring alignment with best practices and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle HCM implementations, a deep understanding of HCM processes, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
