We are looking for an Analytic Consultant 5 to act as a Senior Data Scientist that can shape, create, and influence the "data story" behind the qualitative work of our Service Designers.As a Senior Data Scientist (Analytic Consultant 5) you will work with a team of service designers and play a critical role in shaping the “data story” to support the customer journey and other design work related to improving experiences across the organization.Primary responsibilities for this role may include but are not limited to:
Consult with peers through senior level leaders on providing a deeper understanding of customer pain points through data.
Manage data intake requests.
Use knowledge and understanding of the business to provide effective data insights that are readily understood by broad audiences.
Perform complex analytic functions, such as: write and execute complex SQL queries using disparate data sets; perform data validation; create data visualizations; create statistical models; and analyze behavioral data across extremely large structured and unstructured data sources.
Manage multiple projects and requests simultaneously covering a broad range of products, capabilities, business lines, functional areas, and data sources.
Navigate ambiguity to build effective relationships with analysts, database administrators, and business leaders across the bank.
Guide and direct managed resources as needed

8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or modeling; or a Masters degree or higher in a quantitative field such as applied math, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis and 5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or modeling
5+ years of SQL experience
5+ years of business intelligence experience

Extensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysis
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
