DescriptionSenior Commercial Agency Services Specialist is an innovative thinker and subject matter expert in a wide range of commercial lending operational processes.The Senior Commercial Agency Services Specialist is responsible for providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers while processing work in an accurate manner and meeting same day deadlines. Primary responsibilities include:Processing, analyzing and solving complex syndicated loans including Commercial and Industrial and Commercial Real Estate Application of various complex methods, procedures, and knowledge of the business unit’s product(s)Serve as subject matter expert in customer relationships as well as business unit liaison with other departmentsCollect, review and analyze data and/or documentation to ensure compliance with department SLAs, policies, procedures, and/or regulatory and risk requirementsMaintain/create accurate and timely reports and/or documentation with minimal supervisionMay perform ad hoc analysis and reporting and collaborate with Management and/or project team stakeholdersMay process and/or approve transactions; accurately recording and updating issues actions and outcomesAccurately completes all customer follow-up work Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures, regulations and applicable system applicationAchieve set business line goalsQualificationsRequired Skills/Experience:
3+ years of Agency Servicing experience in financial services company
Solid ability to multi-task and function efficiently in a high volume, fast paced, deadline oriented environment.
Ability to make independent decisions regarding the processing of high-impact, multi- million dollar Syndicated transactions.
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong professional customer service orientation
Strong organizational skills
Solid time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel , Outlook)
Ability to handle day to day work challenges confidently, willing and able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and rapid change
Preferred Skills/Experience:
3 years’ experience with Commercial Loan Origination system required
3 – 5 years of strong product knowledge of Syndication and Participation clients
Loan IQ knowledge - preferred
