We also have groups in credit risk, group risk, finance, marketing, human relations, and the Wholesale Chief Operating Office that support our businesses.Wholesale Operational Risk’s Wholesale Fraud Risk Management team is seeking a dynamic Operational Risk Consultant 4 (ORC4) for the team. This ORC4 position will report to the Program Governance Leader and will help provide expertise and oversight for Operational Risk specific to fraud and identity theft activities.Primary responsibilities include:

Manage the Wholesale Fraud Training program and associated reporting routines

Assist in the annual Fraud and Identity Theft Program reviews and updates

Assess and track changes for Corporate and Wholesale Policies and guidance that impact the Program, Program tools, and support structure

Optimize Program tools and processes

Develop Fraud and Identity Theft Program related training for the team and the businesses

Maintain a working knowledge and inventory of key fraud related regulatory requirements and guidelines and assess their impact to Program tools/processes

Create and maintain operational processes/procedures for key team functions

Design and lead internally focused or cross functional projects to remediate identified issues and enhance controls and business processes; provide fraud and identity theft subject matter expertise

Establish relationships with key Operational Risk partners to align work processes as appropriate

Assist with information requests and coordination efforts related to audits and exams of the Fraud and Identity Theft Programs or requests from other key stakeholders

Maintain an up to date Wholesale Business Hierarchy listing and history of changes and integrate hierarchy changes into program tools, templates, checklists, and reporting as appropriate

Support various administrative functions, including but not limited to, maintaining up to date contact and distribution lists; managing the Departmental Shared Mailbox; maintaining the Wholesale Fraud Risk Management SharePoint site; and maintaining the departmental Shared Drive hierarchy/structure

They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.Required Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in compliance, operational risk management (includes audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, or the management of a process or business with accountability for compliance or operational risk), or a combination of both; or 6+ years of IT systems security, business process management or financial services industry experience, of which 3+ years must include direct experience in compliance, operational risk management, or a combination of both

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to interact with all levels of an organization

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
