Position DescriptionThe Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting the Enterprise marketing team on a variety of programs aimed at driving awareness of our brand and consumer demand for our products and services. The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for managing program timelines, budget and process and providing strategic and activation support to the team on key brand initiatives. Focus areas include but are not limited to strategic ability to work across various national sponsorships, events, enterprise lines of business support and advertising. Candidate must be able to work well with a variety of business partners, be detail-oriented and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Flexible work hours are required and may require some weekend/after hours events/travel based on the project.Job Responsibilities

Cross-team program management support, reporting to Sr. Manager to keep informed and updated on all Enterprise programs

High degree of strategic thinking ability to scale the sponsorship channel and maximize programs based on objectives

Work closely with Senior Marketing Manager to coordinate, strategize and activate marketing events and sponsorships

Lead core logistical tasks surrounding the planning and execution of events and sponsorships

Ensure that deliverables are created and delivered on time in support of programs and events

Assist with creating collaborative marketing presentations

Act as key client representative for creative agencies, media agency and experiential agencies as well as key publishing partners to keep on target and manage program milestones

Collaborate with agency and business partners to monitor/track metrics, leads and key learnings to apply to future programs

Coordinate with key business contacts (including but not limited to HR, Corporate Communications, PR, UX) to plan and activate desired marketing initiatives

Assist team in strategic development for enterprise initiatives

Ability to function as client representative at applicable onsite events

Budget management including tracking monthly invoices, supplying accurate forecasting and establishing monthly accruals.

Utilize proper approval process with business, marketing leadership, legal and compliance

Vets and onboards new vendors, maintains and manages brand

QualificationsExperience

7-10 years in a marketing program management- related role

Sports-related, Community-based, and/or Entertainment/Non-Sports related sponsorship and partnership experiences (mix of both is a plus)

Experience in sponsorships and brand partnerships, experiential, hospitality, event coordination, creative, content, activation, contracts, measurement and strategy

Experience working on and managing multiple projects at one time

Experience in coordinating the execution of advertising and marketing materials

Experience managing others and leading other team members

Experience with budget and invoice tracking

Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and key social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter

Required Skills

Excellent strategic ability, organizational skills, project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced cross-functional environment

Prioritize workload and meet deadlines for a variety of marketing deliverables

Ability to build and manage effective relationships with internal and external partners

Exercise a high degree of judgment and problem-solving skills on assigned work

Strong attention to detail and accuracy for project execution

Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-initiative

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ability to provide clear direction

Extremely proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Budget management skills

Creative and critical thinking

Willingness to travel as needed.
