Job Descriptions:SUMMARY/POSITION OVERVIEW:Seeking a high-energy, self-starter who possesses a strong work ethic, a high level of integrity and accountability, a love of TV and films, and an interest in learning about the entertainment business. You should be a proactive person who excels in a high-paced environment and be a quick learner. The lion’s share of your time will be working with the distribution and consumer marketing teams to execute against established marketing plans/campaigns (print, TV, events, direct mail, etc.). Additionally, you will support the Vice President of Distribution & Consumer Marketing (calendar/travel management and managing the operations budget). This is a great place to work and an exciting time as both brands are growing; here’s a little bit about INSP and Imagicomm Entertainment: INSP is one of today's most popular cable television networks. At a time when most networks are losing audiences, INSP has continued to set records. Average monthly House Hold (HH) ratings have been up every year over the last five years. You will consistently see INSP ranked in the top 25 or better in CableFax Daily’s Primetime Rankings (published weekly), beating out networks such as Bravo, AMC, MTV, Paramount and more. Available in 75 million HH in all 210 markets, INSP has agreements with all major MVPDs for linear network, and key Over-The-Top platforms for digital distribution. Featuring a variety of general entertainment content, INSP's niche is developed around the defining branding statement, 'Heroes Live Here.' INSP focuses on timeless Westerns, Western-adjacent classics, and an increasing percentage of original/exclusive films and series. Through its Imagicomm subsidiary, INSP content is distributed on an expanding array of OTT platforms including Netflix, Amazon Prime and in retails locations like Walmart and more. Imagicomm Entertainment is a distribution company dedicated to distributing quality films and TV series in a wide range of genres. Each project is distinguished by a commitment to strong storytelling, memorable characters and high production values. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Working with our Consumer Marketing team on the execution and delivery of all campaigns, which includes developing digital/social media assets, TV spot reviews, and trafficking of spots.

Managing assigned projects from the Distribution team, which includes (but is not limited to) the Affiliate Monthly Campaign (developing and trafficking cross-channel spots, promotion materials, affidavit reconciliation, and prize distribution).

Working with the sales team to create premiums and the running/maintenance of that program.

Researching projects and brainstorming for campaigns.

Creating one-sheets, marketing pitches, and presentations; you will interact with other departments (research, programming, press, sales, etc.) to secure needed information.

Executing local and B2B events.

Preparing the VP of Distribution & Consumer Marketing’s travel and expense reports for reimbursement by using Wells Fargo, as well as reconciling and approving Wells Fargo statements for department personnel. Assisting with annual budget preperations.

Submitting tickets when requested for Facilities, Information Technology, and Legal issues.

Managing the operating budget for the department, and serving as lead for any projects under that area.

Taking the initiative to learn about our industry by reading the trades, attending conferences/webinars, etc. We are looking for someone who is fearless, hungry, and willing to adapt within our ever-changing industry.
