Maintenance Manager - Large Power Transformers

This role will be basedat our new Siemens Energy Transformers Manufacturing Center Factory inCharlotte, North Carolina, USA. The facility is planned to be built by early2026 for production commencement. Consequently, the first part of the journeyin this role in our company will involve overseeing the construction of thefactory and the implementation of new processes, as well as managing thedevelopment of a high-performance team and coordinating all aspects of thefactory setup to prepare for production.
