Assist in the supervision of the accessioning, data entry and imaging departments
Help lead the team in their daily processes and procedures
Take part in the preparation of laboratory specimens for analysis and testing
Unpack and route specimens to their respective testing and staging areas
Properly prepare and store excess specimen samples
Responsible for enforcing and managing policies and procedures
Perform quality assurance checks to ensure efficiency and accuracy
Resolve any production errors as requested by management
Administrative duties as needed
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in a laboratory environment
Supervisory experience is a plus
Proficient in MS Office
Strong communication skills; written and oral
Ability to lift up to 30lbs
Ability to be on your feet for the majority of your shift
Shift2ScheduleMonday - Friday (2:30pm-11:30pm)
