Director of Training, Children and Families Specialty Plan

Healthy Blue North Carolina is looking to hire a Director of Training, reporting to the Executive Director of our Children and Families Specialty Plan. This people leader will develop and implement comprehensive training and outreach strategies, ensuring alignment with the North Carolina Children and Families Specialty Plan (CFSP) and NCDHHS requirements. This role oversees a regional team, manages stakeholder relationships, and ensures the effectiveness and compliance of training programs to enhance service delivery and meet contractual obligations . This role can work in a hybrid way from our Cary or Winston-Salem North Carolina offices. The internal title is Manager II Special Programs.
