THIS IS NOT A FULL TIME POSITION. AS NEEDED BASIS ONLY. Down Town Asheville Area: Seeking a drug/alcohol free PERSON! The property is a non smoking property! (If you do not provide answers to the list of work mentioned and a Telephone # YOU WILL NOT GET A RESPONSE!) I have a 5 unit apartment building in the down town Montford area. Looking for someone to help with routine maintenance service calls on a (as needed basis). It is not necessary to be able to perform all of the services I have listed, but please elaborate on which services you are QUALIFIED to provide! Also let me know if you (DO NOT) provide any of the services I have listed. (PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU HAVE ANY LICENSES, INSURANCE, OR CERTIFICATIONS).(THESE MAY NOT BE NECESSARY? )
(PLEASE ELABORATE IF YOU CAN PERFORM THE FOLLOWING SERVICES AND PROVIDE ME WITH YOUR SERVICE CALL RATE-FLAT RATE - OR HOURLY RATE FOR EACH SERVICE LISTED) AND A WAY TO CONTACT YOU.
1. Painting- interior (walls are plaster) and the exterior painting Has mostly been taking care of. There is some to do still. (Exterior is mostly German siding and is 24ft high at the top)so you must have a ladder.
2. Carpentry work such as hardwood floors/wooden doors/bathroom & kitchen cabinets/wood windows.
3. Electrical work such as ceiling fans/ light fixtures/receptacles etc
4. Storm door and window repairing
5. Plumbing repair or replacement to water lines/toilets/sinks etc
6. Gas water heater service
7. Basic self defrosting refrigerator service (No ice makers)
8. Basic gas stove and oven service/replacement
9. Ceramic tile repair and installation for bathrooms/showers/floors
10. Glass replacement or repair to wooden windows and storm door and storm windows
11. Replace or repair screens to storm doors and windows
12. Gutter cleaning (Gutters are 24ft high)
13. Smoke and carbon monoxide detector replacement
14. Add or reinstall insulation. (Under the house has walking room)
15. Plastic poly installation
16. Roofing or shingle repair and installation
17. Masonry brick work repair
18. Caulking to bathroom/kitchen areas etc
19. Vinyl tile installation and repair
20. Landscaping such as grass cutting/weeding
