Job Description:
Local Haunted House Attraction is seeking to hire an experienced Personnel Manager in Hendersonville, NC. Haunt/Theatre experience preferred, but not necessary.
JOB DUTIES
Actor and Staff Recruitment via online and social media platforms.
Conduct applicant interviews and auditions w/ other management staff.
Must be highly organized and have experience with email, spreadsheets, group texting, and social media.
Preferred experience with Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Forms.
Preferred experience with staff recruitment in the WNC area.
Organization of support staff and role assignments.
Must be a highly effective communicator across various communication channels.
Must be able to work ALL weekends in October as well as some weekdays.
Work hours are typically from 4PM-1AM.
Immediate Availability Preferred.
Must pass a criminal background check and have a valid US driver’s license.
This is a seasonal position, but we would like to find a manager who is interested in returning each Haunt Season.
