Skylaranna Hotel & Resort in Hendersonville is taking applications for the following positions:

KITCHEN POSITIONS:
LINE COOK 1: Full Time
You will work side by side with the Executive Sous Chef, Executive Chef and Director of Food and Beverage to produce 4 Diamond quality product. Must have a dedicated focus to safety and sanitation, quality and consistency. Must be proficient on Grill, Saute, plating and garnish. Proficient on knife skills, temperatures and DHEC requirements. Pay Range $14 - $16 an hour. FT position, typical hours will be 3PM to 11PM
PREPARATION COOK / UTILITY: Full Time
Responsible for assisting the Sous-Chef, Line Cook 1 and Director of Food and Beverage with daily preparation of menu items. Responsible for processing all dishware, glassware and service ware to exceptional qualities of cleanliness. Previous experience is not necessary we will train the right individuals.
Pay range $12-14 based on experience

SERVER / BARTENDER: Full & Part Time
Must be proficient and knowledgeable with all aspects restaurant and beer/wine, liquor service. Excellent wine knowledge is a must. Craft cocktail knowledge is a must. Excellence in timing your pouring is critical
Experience with NCR Silver Pro point-of-sale is a plus but not required
TIPS trained is a absolute plus but we will train the right individuals as needed
No late nights! Diner service only Tuesday-Saturday and Sunday Brunch only.
Looking for people with personality, and poise. Looking for people that can handle Grace Under Pressure.
This position will grow as we open up more opportunities with more restaurants at the resort

You will be responsible for marketing plan, sales outreach, pricing, and working with Food and Beverage Director for catering.
30-40k Salary plus commissions
