Postero New American is searching for experienced line cook candidates. Interested individuals should take pride in their work, have proficient knife skills, understand time management, be able to follow recipes, and be responsible tor their station's prep and Mise en Place, as well as help the rest of the team when needed. Previous experience in an upscale professional kitchen is preferred. Rate of pay will depend on experience.
