We are seeking an individual for the night shift position at Quality Inn West of Asheville in Canton. Please see responsibilities below.
Responsibilities:
Process guest check-in and check-outs per Choice Hotels standards.
Follow through with responsibilities and designated requirements.
Maintain a professional attitude and presentation of yourself, all guests, and others.
Multi-tasking abilities is a requirement.
Ability to handle phone calls, check-in and check-out process, and other miscellaneous activities at hotel level at the same time.
Maintain a clean environment of all spaces at hotel at all times.
Customer service skills must be presented at all times towards guests and staff members.
Requirements:
Moderate computer skills.
Previous hotel front desk experience is a plus but not required.
Customer service experience preferred.
Ability to think clearly, quickly, and with concise decisions.
Superior organizational skills with the ability to follow up and prioritize.
Communication skills verbal and non-verbal must be adequate.
