Our Greek Chef has brought along with him a diversity of flavors from his home land with a style specializing in Old-World cooking techniques.
Golden Fleece restaurant possesses the largest wood-fire grill in Asheville, providing the right candidate with the opportunity to hone their skills, by implementing different cooking techniques utilizing the open flame.
We are currently looking for cooks and dishwashers of all experience levels.
Job Description :
Work besides fellow cooks in a small functional kitchen, preparing and assembling Mediterranean dishes in a fast and consistent manner, following the manner set forth by Chef.
Requirements :
We are looking for an individual with a strong work ethic, who is self-motivated and open to learning new techniques.
The right candidate has the ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
Previous line experience is a PLUS.
Reliable transportation.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
