We are looking for several "flexible/work when you want" team members to join our Catering Servers Team. Training available and no experience needed. Working at the Ridgecrest Conference Center Food Service department gives you the excellent opportunity to use and develop your experience in the hospitality field in a Christian setting.
We also need candidates for year round part time and on call team members . Areas of responsibilities will be in full service catering banquets and and breaks.
Required Skills:
Lots of availabitly including days, nights and weekends is preferred.
Excellent customer service skills required.
Ability to interact with customers/guests in a positive manner.
Ability to work well with other team members in various positions
May be required to work on your feet for long periods of time
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds or more
Suggested Experience:
TRAINING AVAILABLE
Some previous hospitality, food service experience preferred but not required
