Position: Expeditor/Shift Lead, Full Time (35-40 hours/week)
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Running the outside expo window during service, ensuring all food is correct and communicating with the floor manager any high times. The expectation is to be loud and authoritative in the window so that hot food is run and "fired" checks are heard by the wheel or inside expo position.
On the general manager's two days off you are to be the manager on duty. The expectation is to walk the floor interacting and engaging with guests. Table touches are extremely important and are to be done all night.
Uphold standards set forth by Owners, Executive Chef and GM. Coach team members during the shift where needed.
At the end of the night cutting staff appropriately and collecting the checkouts from each server verifying the amounts. You are responsible for the end of night paperwork and printing reports from ALOHA BOH.
Before leaving communicate in a nightly email along with checking out both front and back of house team members and then locking up and alarming the building.
Requirements:
2+ years of management experience
2+ years of expo experience
Hard Work Ethic
Willing to uphold standards
Friendly and outgoing
Familiar with Aloha Point of Sale
Excellent Communication Skills
Compensation: Starting at $17/hr DOE
