Mission Health located in Asheville, NC is accepting applications for a Manager - Plant Operations to join the Mission Hospital team!Job Summary: Planning and managing the supervision of the daily maintenance and operation of the physical plant. Strong knowledge of HVAC, chillers, boilers, building automation system, utilities, building mechanical and electrical systems, computerized maintenance management system and budget management.Required Education: Bachelor of Science degree or a combination of education, CHFM and related experiencePreferred Education: Bachelor of Science or higher.Preferred License: Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM), trade related licenseRequired Experience: 5 or more years of progressive Healthcare Facility Management experience.Preferred Experience: 10 or more years of progressive Facility Management experience in a complex environment with a minimum of 3 years in healthcareABOUT MISSION HEALTH Mission Health, an operating division of HCA Healthcare, is based in Asheville, North Carolina, and is the state’s sixth largest health system.
