Lab Technician needed!Requirements:1) Bachelor or Associates degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field2) Academic or industry experience with GC, GC/MS, or HPLC3) Experience reading/ following SOP's in a laboratory environmentResponsibilities:Laboratory Technicians will perform environmental analyses and sample preps using standard analytical techniques including GC, HPLC, and Mass Spectroscopy for a national leader in environmental testing.Responsibilities include performing routine lab task including the preparation of samples, chemical analysis, calculating data, organic Preparation and recording/reporting data.Other responsibilities include routine maintenance of instruments and general housekeeping in his/her work area.Instrumentation:
Gas chromatography
Gas chromatography/mass spectrometer
Atomic absorption
ICP
Instrument specific data systems
