Advanced Business Systems is growing and needs to add a new copier service technician for the South Jeff, Oswego and Onondaga counties! Additional travel may be required.
Our ideal individual will by technically proficient, able to work with computers, mobile devices and copiers.
Customer service is a huge part of this position as well. Communicating with our customers before, during and after providing service is key to delivering the exceptional customer service we strive to provide. We are looking for someone who will genuinely enjoy this job. Here at ABS, we believe that happy employees lead to happy customers!
This is a technical position, so being able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions is necessary. You will also need to refer and interpret technical manuals and drawings written in English. We know that it doesn't take a college degree to be technically-savvy, but we do require a high school diploma or general education degree.
We are a business-to-business company, so you will be traveling to customers' offices regularly. As such, a valid driver's license will be required for this position.
