Primary Responsibilities:

· Accurately measure the dimensions and determine installation processes for windows and doors.

· Provide installation solutions that match customer expectations while meeting the necessary product installation requirements

· Confirm details of the sales contract to assure customer expectations are in alignment with product features, available options, and installation process

· Communicate feedback about jobs that will require change orders. Work with sales representatives to resolve change orders or questions in an efficient manner

· Determines installation labor duration and installation materials needed to successfully complete the job

· Completes and submits required job files that have been measured and need to be ordered.

· Communicates specific job instructions with installation crews. Providing notice of unique factors, the installation crew will need to be aware of with the job.

· Reviews any additional installation labor required and submits for approval to Production Manager

· Assisting installation crews on day of installation. This may include trouble shooting products or onsite support to assist in solving the problem.

· Provide service to customers experiencing issues with product. Determine the root cause of the issue and document plans to resolve issue for customer.

· Installation of doors and windows when necessary.

Qualifications and Skill Requirements:

· High School Degree

· Valid Driver’s license

· A minimum of 5 years’ work experience in the window and door industry.

· Customer service experience

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Able to lift, push/pull, and carry at least 50 lbs.

· Knowledge of applicable building codes and construction techniques

· Ability to work in a team environment
