DC Properties has seasonal cleaning position open for our local communities.
Our cleaner is one of the key components to presenting our best to all who visit and/or live in our community.
Responsibilities:
Cleaning of apartment homes in preparation for a new resident.
Cleanliness of all the buildings to include grounds (some landscaping)
Cleaning of central offices
Removal of trash on the property grounds and around complex(s)
Assist the maintenance department as needed in all aspects of cleaning.
Cleaning materials, including vacuum, mops, and supplies will be provided. It will be necessary for you to transport these items in your vehicle when moving from unit to unit for cleaning.
Seeking a candidate with prior experience, and be self-motivated, organized and ambitious.
This position requires you to work quickly but effectively and attention to detail is critical.
You must have a VALID driver’s license and pass a background check.
Hours: Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm- Some weekends may be required
