Capt. Thomson’s Resort and Capt.’s Inn & Suites have immediate openings for Front Desk Staff: Clerks; Overnight Guest Service; and Bell person. Both full and part time positions are open on all shifts; 8AM-4PM; 2PM-10PM; 11PM-7AM, must be available on weekends and holidays!
As a Guest Service Representative, you will fill a pivotal role in ensuring guest satisfaction through check in and check out with attentive coordination of motel and resort services for each guest. You will be focused on optimizing each guest’s experience by promoting services, facilities and area attractions and providing information of upcoming events in the surrounding areas.
The ideal candidate will have one year of hotel/motel, customer service, and/or sales experience. Special consideration will be given to those who exhibit a proven track record of exemplary customer service/sales performance in other business fields with strong leadership abilities, excellent oral and written communication skills, proficient computer skills. Candidate must be incredibly friendly, customer centric, love to smile and have knowledge of the local area. Register guests into the hotel in a prompt and courteous manner. Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests.
