The 1000 Islands Harbor Hotel is located on the majestic St. Lawrence Seaway in the heart of the 1000 Islands. We have an immediate opening for a Concierge to assist our Guests while staying with us at our AAA Four Diamond Award winning Hotel and Conference Center.
First impression is a lasting impression
Responsibilities include providing travel information and arranging reservations for guests; such as excursions, dinners, special events, concerts and plays. The Concierge greets guests, provides prompt and courteous service, meeting our high quality standards. Use a positive and clear speaking voice, listen to and understand requests, respond with appropriate action and provide accurate information such as outlet hours and local attractions. Promptly answer the telephone using clear communication. Previous Hotel experience preferred We are looking for an individual with great customer service skills, knowledge of the local area, attractions and venues. If you understand the importance of upholding a brands reputation and what it takes to provide recognized hospitality experience, you may be just the person.
