2M9952Job DescriptionThe ProC Developer formerly Manager, HR Data Integrity & Analysis serves as a technical point of contact and assists with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.The primary responsibility of the Manager is the support, maintenance, development and training of the human resource information system (HRIS) in addition to other systems supported/utilized by the HR team.The position will serve as a technical point of contact to all users, and is responsible for accurate and timely preparation and completion of human resources reports.Job DutiesJOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Construction of data sources in Oracle and MS|SQL pertaining to Recruitment/Onboarding, Compensation, Benefits, Employee Relations, and Organizational Structure.

Development and distribution of data visualization tools (i.e. Reports, Metrics, Dashboards) through Tableau.

Management of report requests, modifications, development; organization of existing published reports.

Management of the Human Resources module of the Touro Data Cookbook.

Provide HR Data Quality Assurance through data audit reports and notifications.

Serve as HR representative on TCUS Data Governance Committee

Primary point of contact for initial population and updating of HR validation tables

Serve as project manager for employee data and position control clean-up projects

Oversee specification developments for all file transfers to and from HRIS

Manage HRIS Security by Employer, Organization and Employee Class

Provision access to Payroll and Position Control applications in HRIS to functional users as necessary and appropriate

Provision access to self-service applications for end-user clients (EPAF, FLAC)

Perform Non-Production HRIS instance testing

Duplicate Identity/Record Remediation

Management of TouroOne Portal HR ContentRequired QualificationsRequired Qualifications and Experience

5 or more years of information systems, data management, analytics, or Human Resources experience, including working knowledge of HR service delivery

Exceptional analytical, problem solving skills, collaboration and matrix management skills

Demonstrated proficiency in communication (written and verbal)

Overall business acumen, ethical decision making and relationship management skillsRequired Education

Bachelor degreePreferred QualificationsPreferred Education

Master’s Degree or other advanced education with an emphasis in Technology, Data and Analytics, Business, or Human ResourcesPreferred Qualifications and Experience

Experience in higher education

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook

Experience in HR systems and technology (including Banner)Physical Demands Physical Demands

Extensive Use of Computers

Extensive time sitting and standing

Able to lift up to 5 lbs.Travel
