Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or 2 year degree from a technical college with 1-5+ years of experience
Experience with IT Networking support / Windows platform support a must
Experience troubleshooting software and hardware
Top Candidates will also have:
Experience with routing and switching
Excellent customer support skills and the ability to multi task
Must be able to comply with pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening requirements.
