Community Solar is a growing industry that provides customers solar energy access without the need for individual solar panels on their homes.

The Energy Sales Representative position is a great opportunity for individuals willing to work hard and take advantage of one of the fastest growing industries in the world while earning a realistic six figure income.Â

Our Energy Sales Reps are the most crucial part of the company. They are the first form of contact with potential customers and thus represent the face of this organization. Reps are responsible for meeting with homeowners, informing them about the benefits of Community Solar, and closing deals. This is a face to face, outside residential sales position with opportunity for advancement.

We offer an excellent base compensation, commissions and sales support as well as paid training to ensure that you are fully prepared.

Responsibilities:

Residential canvassing for the Community Solar Program

Inform homeowners about the benefits of solar

Effectively utilize electronic tools and applications provided

Achieve standards and quotas

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills

Desire to be Successful

Great Work Ethic

Prior outside sales experience preferred

Ability to meet the required daily knocks

Friendly and professional demeanor

Strong desire for advancement

Self-motivated personality

Ability to work autonomously

Perks:

Base pay plus commissions, NO CAP ON EARNINGS
