Growing fiber optic company in Oriskany, NY is seeking a qualified candidate for an Inside Sales/Customer Service position. This position will assist sales representatives with daily sales tasks such as: order entry/maintenance, coverage during travel, answering phone calls, filing and other details when needed. This is a full-time position, 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday with benefits.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- minimum of an Associates Degree, Bachelors Degree preferred
- extensive computer experience, especially with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed
- experience in an office environment, particularly in customer service or sales
- willingness to learn about new and exciting technologies
