Human Service Agency is seeking a Maintenance Worker in Madison County. The Maintenance Worker is responsible to accomplish duties in masonry, carpentry, electrical, painting and general grounds and building maintenance
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Install and repair of wiring systems, electrical fixtures and equipment, windows, doors, floors, wall and other parts of the buildings as directed.
Install and repair general plumbing equipment.
Repair and maintain boiler pumps, heaters, circulators, pipe lines, valves and traps.
Performs efficiency tests and make adjustments on boilers and hot water heaters.
Performs general grounds and building cleaning operations, as needed.
Performs preventative maintenance as directed.
Ensure compliance with all pertinent government and agency regulations and operating standards
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma
Experience in field
Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances are warranted.
Must have a valid NYS Drivers License.
Ability to meet physical requirements of job
Must have full sight and hearing with fluency in the English language
Pay Rate: $11.82
Work Hours: M-F 7am - 3:30pm
Fingerprinting Background Check and drug test required
