We are looking to add positions for part/full-time seasonal help with snow removal, which can lead to full-time employment come spring. I am currently accepting hand shovelers, Walker Plow Drivers, and experienced truck plow drivers. I am also looking for experienced Landscape Construction laborers for the 2021 season.
Snow shovelers and plow drivers can expect to work 8-12 hour days per storm. There is always more work available if longer hours are wanted + overtime(Time and Half).
Compensation starting at $16-$25+ depends on experience
Requirements:
Foreman positions: 2-3+ years experience running a crew in field
Must be able to drive and back up 16' long trailers
Technicians/Laborers: 1+ years experience a plus, willing to train the right individual
Must have valid drivers license
Ability to work well and lead others
Must be able to work 8+ hour days and weekends for snow
Must be able to lift 50+lbs repetitively on a daily basis.
