Fire & Water Damage Technician/Project Manager

Fire & Water Damage Restoration Company located in Albany, NY is now hiring project managers, technicians, cleaning/demo laborers, and many other open positions need to be filled.
Restoration services as needed to restore structures after fire, water, sewer, mold damage.
These services include but are not limited to: removal of damaged trim moldings, flooring (hardwood, carpet, vinyl, tile, etc.), walls ceilings, etc. Serious applicants only need to apply.
If you have no experience in this field, please do not apply. We are looking for someone that is serious & available to work 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday thru Friday and after hours when needed. We are looking for immediate hire.
Experienced and knowledgeable in Fire & Water damage emergency service industry and have knowledge with Fire & Water Damage Clean-Up.
Must be available to work long days if needed and after hours emergency calls
Knowledgeable with Xactimate software, preferred, but not required
IICRC Certification Have a valid driver's license
Manage multiple assignments with accuracy
Excellent communication and people skills to represent the company
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objectsAbility to travel, Back ground check a must.
