Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Consultant Support Administrator for a FULL TIME internal role Tarrytown, NY. Consultant Support Admins provide support to recruiting teams in the daily operations of the recruitment and placement processes, and to the sales teams in maintaining strong customer service to their clients and consultant base. A CSA is usually dedicated to a specific client or group of client accounts. They must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to organize and handle a high volume of disparate, time-sensitive duties, and be able to learn and follow precise processes quickly and easily, while adapting to frequent updates to these processes internally and on the client-side. Primary job duties include working with the Administrative team in opening and updating jobs, processing candidates through the recruitment process and client systems, onboarding consultants including preparing and gathering employment documentation, answering consultant questions about their assignment or SGA processes, and maintaining a close relationship with consultants throughout their engagement with SGA. Duties include but are not limited to: General Administrative
- Monitoring and routing emails for shared inboxes.
- Miscellaneous clerical support for managers and other personnel.
- Opening and updating jobs in our applicant tracking system, JobDiva.
- Formatting resumes appropriately for each respective client.
- Processing candidates through the stages of recruitment utilizing a variety of client Vendor Management portals.
- Adding appropriate notes/remarks to candidate's records in JobDiva.
- Contacting candidates for scheduling or other issues needed by Account Managers.
- Preparing onboarding packet for consultants.
- Collecting employment and other onboarding documentation from consultants prior to start.
- Maintaining a relationship with consultants while on assignment at client, including speaking with them at least once every 2 months.
- Serving as primary point of contact for consultants on assignment at selected client(s).
- Attending and documenting conference calls, internal or external with clients.
- Reconciliation of internal jobs information with external (client) data.
- Completing all processes for specified clients through the entirety of the job life cycle.
