Shepard Grain Enterprises, LLC is seeking qualified individuals to join our team of drivers. We are seeking to fill 2 hopper bottom trailer positions as well as 1 dump trailer position. The equipment is brand new 2020 Freightliner Cascadia trucks. All equipment is maintained impeccably by our in-house mechanics at our fully equipped truck shop. The successful candidate will maintain a high level of personal hygiene commensurate with food safety requirements and be required to pass drug testing. Our drivers are asked to travel into Canada but this requirement is not eliminating. Drivers typically leave our yard on Sunday evening or Monday morning, and all of our drivers are home by Friday afternoon. Drivers average 60k per year and run about 2500 miles per week. We offer health/dental insurance as well as a yearly performance bonus. We are now offering a $2000 sign-on bonus. We travel mostly on the east coast and midwest.
