Our growing company is in need of just the right person to run our cabinet shop. We build custom kitchen cabinets and have built an excellent reputation in CNY.

We have an excellent core of talent in our shop, but need someone to oversee, coordinate and manage what happens day to day.
Experience needed:
Comfortable, safe and efficient with all cabinet shop tools and equipment
Selecting lumber, grain and color matching
Five piece cabinet door construction
Case construction
Spray finishing and color matching
ABILITY to be a LEADER with a TEAM attitude, everyone matters.
RESPONSIBILITIES may include these and more;
70% hands on work to produce cabinetry
30% coordination, management, job tracking, client meetings, etc.
Work with our designer to coordinate details
Finalize dimensions and details to prepare jobs for production
Creative problem solving when challenges arise
Coordinate delivery of cabinetry to job site
Interface with our site carpenters as needed
Cabinet installation on site
Deliver, hang and adjust cabinet doors, install hardware
Other duties as role developes
