Full Time Customer Service
Established and growing company is hiring for a customer service position. This position is responsible for filing, making/receiving phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, complaints and concerns in a professional manner, following up on job orders and confirming details, and assisting with scheduling.
Minimum job qualifications: Will train the right candidate!
-High school diploma or equivalent required
-2-3 years experience in an office setting preferred
-Flexibility to meet the demands of a growing fast-paced business.
Skills and Abilities
-Computer Literate (Microsoft Word and Excel)
-Basic math skills
-Strong written and oral communication skills to interact with customers, vendors and co-workers in a professional and helpful manner in person or via phone or written correspondence.
-Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
-Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.
-Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
-Ability to send/receive email messages, post information to a database or spreadsheet, and perform basic word processing and/or data entry.
Full Time Position: with competitive salary, benefits, 401K and paid time off.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. Wages are based on experience.
