RESPONSIBILITIES
make sure all deal documents have been completed properly for costing and to be sent to the bank
sending all contracts to the bank
cash handling and direct customer service
daily bank reconcilliation
miscellaneous data entry
filing as needed
assiting all department managers with various tasks
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with Automateis a plus
Team-oriented
Excellent communication skills
Professional personal appearance
Minimum of 1 year office experience
