Pink Rose Home Service is looking to add more bathroom installers to our team. Our guys LOVE this work, and we love having them on our team. We dont want guys who are just chasing paychecks. We know its important for you to have faith in your employer, thats why we make sure that when youre on our team, you will absolutely trust that the money is there. We need truly happy, smart guys that have their shit together and enjoy remodeling. Fitting in with our culture is even more important than having the skills. Helping customers is the goal, but making sure you love your job and enjoy what youre doing is our #1 priority. This is an employee position with performance based pay. If you are efficient and know what youre doing, you can expect to make $60,000/year, plus we provide the truck or pay you a vehicle allowance if you use yours. We also have a 401k match, health insurance, and paid holidays. For this position, most of the projects are one-man jobs with a laborer when necessary. We need people who are skilled in all aspects of bathroom remodeling. You must have experience in plumbing, electric, drywall, tile, and carpentry. Not only that, you must be organized and be able to efficiently set up the job, procure materials, and direct laborers. All of the jobs are sold by a salesperson and then reviewed in a weekly sales meeting to ensure that the labor and material allocated is correct. Being able to follow instructions and understand a spec sheet and design plans is key, but you also need to be able to think on your feet when unforeseen conditions arise.
