Administrative Assistant (Rochester)

ROLE:

To assist insurance agency staff with any administrative tasks and work with Spanish speaking clients

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle customer retention accounts by sending letters, email and making phone calls to remind them of policy payments.

Maintain facility sheets (fax cover sheets, cancellation sheets etc)

Look into customers portfolio and cross sell any type of policies not being purchased.

Process home inspections appeals.

Be open minded about obtaining insurance license to be able to sell ( hourly payment, not just base on commission)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of Two years' Administrative Assistant experience

Skills Required:

Good organizational skills

Close attention to detail

Effective communications skills (written and verbal)

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

Ability to work in a fast paced environment
